Our Story
About Canini
Premium dog products, hand-selected with one question in mind: is this genuinely good for your dog?
Who we are
Founded by dog owners, for dog owners
Canini was founded by a lifelong dog owner with a deep love for dogs and a frustration with poorly made, overpriced pet products. We source directly from specialist suppliers so every item in our collection is tested, vetted, and truly worth your dog's time.
The name means "canines" in Italian — a nod to the breeds we love and the craftsmanship we demand from every product we stock.

Section 01
About Canini
Canini Ltd ("Canini", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address, company number, and VAT registration number are available on request by emailing legal@canini.co.uk.
We operate the website at canini.co.uk (the "Site") and sell premium dog products to customers in the United Kingdom.
Section 02
Using Our Website
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, is fraudulent, or causes harm to others.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any part of the Site at any time without notice.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any server, computer, or database connected to it.
You must not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via the Site.
You must not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site.
Section 03
Placing an Order
When you submit an order you are making an offer to purchase goods on these terms. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, including if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is a pricing error on the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a credit, or a full refund.
Section 04
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information and do not store full card details.
While we take every care to ensure prices on the Site are correct, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified on an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch.
Section 05
Delivery
We source directly from specialist manufacturers, which means delivery typically takes 15–35 working days from the date of your order. A tracking number is emailed to you within 3–7 working days of your order being placed.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us. We will issue a full reship or refund — your choice, no questions asked.
We deliver to UK addresses only.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Section 06
Cancellation & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days as our standard policy.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@canini.co.uk with your order number. You will need to return the item in its original condition at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or was delivered in error, in which case we will cover return postage.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. For more detail, see our full .
Section 07
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Canini Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission. You may print or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
Section 08
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total value of your most recent order placed with us.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
Section 09
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.
Section 10
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For material changes, we will notify registered customers by email.
